Using this site

This website is a portfolio showcasing original artwork by erin-rose rigaud (faeridoodles). You're welcome to browse and view the work here. All artwork remains the property of the artist unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Artwork usage

• All artwork displayed is © faeridoodles / erin-rose rigaud. It may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, or used commercially without permission.
• Do not repost artwork elsewhere without credit and permission.
• AI training on, or scraping of, the artwork on this site is not permitted.

Commission terms

If you commission artwork:

• A quote will be provided before work begins, and payment terms (e.g. deposit, milestones) will be agreed on upfront.
• Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary depending on workload.
• The client receives a personal-use license to the finished piece unless a different usage agreement (e.g. commercial use) is discussed and agreed separately.
• The artist retains the right to display commissioned work in their own portfolio and social media unless the client requests otherwise.
• Refunds, revisions, and cancellations will be handled case-by-case — reach out directly to discuss.

No warranty

This site and its content are provided as-is. While every effort is made to keep things accurate and working, no guarantee is made that the site will be error-free or available at all times.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
